Project Title
Dead Sea Master Plan
Alternate Titles
Dead Sea Preservation Master Plan
Description
The Dead Sea Master Plan involved the design of an eco-resort and destination spa to appeal to travelers of all ages from Europe and local Israeli overnight visitors. There were to be improvements in the existing infrastructure and facilities. The goal was to create a sustainable low density development to blend with the natural environment (villas, villages and mid-rise) and promote the dead sea as a Mediterranean, yet exotic, destination. The creation of a world-class spa facility for day visitors would build upon the historic and therapeutic properties of the dead sea. The project was to be an investment, to achieve an appropriate landscape and infrastructure.
