Charles A. Cantin House, Alterations(-) 8-10 Rosemount Avenue, Westmount, QC, Canada Residential, Urban house Client: Charles A. Cantin Description: Minor alterations to this house on Rosemount Avenue, Westmount. On the ground floor, the door to the gallery was moved to an existing window opening and the old door opening turned into a window. In the basement, a new window was added in the kitchen and reinforced with a steel lintel. New windows were also added to the front façade in the laundry room and toilet. The finishes were altered with new dado and maple flooring on basement and ground floors. The client’s specifics and dates of construction are unknown. Holdings: Urban house | |
