Description: This project called for minor alterations to upgrade heating (radiators), lighting and plumbing in an existing three-storey row house for Mrs. Evans. A set of blueprints from the original architect is present in the archives but only the first name (Eric) is readable. Neither date of the original construction nor the date of alterations are available. Other than bathroom upgrades, the original room sequence was unchanged. The breakfast room and kitchen were in the basement; the drawing and dining rooms were on the ground floor; three bedrooms were on the first and attic floor; two bedrooms at the front on the attic floor were joined as one.
