Description: This office, store and showroom for Dominion Cotton Mills was remodelled by E. Maxwell, who designed built-in storage and display cabinets, office furniture, lighting fixtures, fittings, cupboards and shelves. Ground floor includes offices and showroom, the upper floors above have storage, some with shelving for display and sale, including racks for rolls of fabric. The Dominion Cotton Mills later took the name Dominion Textile of Canada; the company still exists but the premises described here no longer serve the original purpose.
