Description: The principle work alterations done at McDougall & Cowans’ office was the redesigning of fitments for the customers’ room. The wicket line in the customer’s room was redesigned with new partitioning. Minor alterations, such as the removal and replacement of radiators were also undertaken. The exterior elevation of the office front door shows elaborate ornamentation carved in solid wood. The vestibule was revised in order to accommodate a narrow space.
