Description: The Maxwell brothers proposed a factory building for Mr. Innes in July 1910. A two-storey rectangular building was proposed on the site which occupied the land between Beaudry Street and Visitation Street. Only part of the site was proposed for development and the remaining was left for future expansion. The Beaudry Street façade was wider than the Visitation Street façade. The existing narrow lane on the site was designed as entrance pathway to the building.
