Maintenance at Habitat

In spring and throughout the summer, the building and its surroundings are rejuvenated by landscaping and various repairs. The structure requires annual maintanence because of the complex reinforcement within it that is affected by the weathering of its exposed concrete surface. A Landscaping team, funded by the city, plants flowers and tends to the green area around the building. The garage also requires periodic maintenance mainly for slopes in the floor to drain water and prevent leakages from the skylights on the 2nd level plaza floor.
