Description: In 1914, the Maxwell brothers made some alterations for the house of Mr. W.W. Skinner. The works consisted of a new addition at the rear containing a sitting room on basement floor and a bedroom on the ground floor. Other works were related to the removal of doors in the pantry room and the addition of a new staircase connecting the kitchen with the upstairs pantry, as well as a new lavatory in the entrance hall underneath the staircase leading to the first floor.
